Loren Waltz and Quinton Lanning indicate the building on the left
was jacked up, a basement added, and an addition added to the front;
another addition was added to the rear of the building. In other
words, the present building (pictured on the right) is a remodeling of the
original building (on the left).

Don Dunaway indicates the picture (on the left) was taken by Ben Winans
on May 20, 1906. It contains the notation:
